A great trick for quickly triggering the “Wind” skill: you will need a winter jacket and the first “Freeze” skill, as well as at least the first “Dodge” skill, and even better if you have it upgraded to 3 stars. After you freeze a mob, constantly move between them. You won't take damage, but it will constantly activate dodge chance, allowing you to activate the Wind skill faster.
