Server transfer: ranks, conditions and process

Server Migration Guide

Key information

On the 1st and 15th of every month, the game evaluates your combat power (CP) and assigns you a rank:

· Normal (Regular) - 10 tickets, 45 slots
· Elite (Elite) - 20 tickets, 30 slots
Outstanding - 30 tickets, 13 slots
· Paragon (Perfection) – 40 tickets, 7 slots
· Pinnacle (Top) - 60 tickets, 5 slots

Before submitting a transfer request, you need to check the server quota. If the server's quota says "Top 0", this means that players with the "Top" rank cannot transfer there.

The higher the rank, the higher the transfer cost.

If your transfer request is denied, tickets will be refunded.

Transfer conditions

Before requesting a transfer, you must comply with the following conditions:

1. You cannot be a member of the guild - leave the guild before requesting.
2. No waiting time after transfer - if you have already transferred, you need to wait 30 days.
3. Sufficient number of transfer tickets - the required number depends on your rank.

You can request a transfer to a server that:

· Is not desolate;
· Included in the range of servers allowed for you (for example, 1-300);
· Takes place for your rank - if there are already 5 high-rank players on the server, and you are also a high-rank player (Top), then you cannot be transferred there;
· Allows you to have only one active transfer request at a time.

Transfer process

1. Submitting a request - the request is valid for 48 hours.2. Top Guild Leader Approval - The top guild leader on the target server must approve your request.
   · While you are waiting, you cannot submit new requests or join a guild.
   · If the guild leader does not approve the request within 48 hours, it will be canceled.
2. Manual Revocation - You can cancel a request at any time during its validity period.
3. Transfer Acceptance - Once approved, you must confirm the transfer within 24 hours.
   · If not confirmed on time, the transfer will be canceled and a new request will need to be submitted.

What happens after the transfer

· You are removed from all rankings and activities on your original server.
· You must re-enter daily challenges and events to return to the rankings.
· Activity data is saved, except for those that depend on “server days”.

If you switch during the week, you will be able to participate in the guild events Lost City, Forgotten Realm, if you did not enter these modes in the old guild.
Otherwise, you won't be allowed there.

It is also known that on Monday you will receive black tide rewards according to your place in the new guild.
