Phantasmal Fiesta Event Guide
The Halloween event went live today. Plenty of newer players aren't sure how it works, so follow the Strategist and we'll go through it step by step.
How it works
Once you have the event item Crowhunter Slingshot, just tap Fire. After 30 shots you can switch on auto mode.
- Each shot kills 1-5 random crows (elites included)
- Every kill drops a random amount of bombs, points and refunded slingshots
- Elite crows always drop advanced bombs
Tapping the Evil Pumpkin boss opens the server-wide damage rewards, which are easy to max out. You can't fight the pumpkin from this screen.
As shown above, kill all 3 elites to start a boss round. The round ends once all your bombs are spent, whether the pumpkin dies or not, and you go back to shooting crows.
The rules are simple: if you're lazy, fire 30 slingshots and switch on auto.
Free-to-play: how many slingshots
- Missions: 90
- Pumpkin server-wide damage rewards: 60
- Free track of the battle pass: 20
- Gift shop over 10 days: 10
- Daily diamond purchase over 10 days: 30
Total 210 slingshots. Counting refunds that is about 250 shots, enough to kill around 10 pumpkins.
You get 1 piece of the Demon Castle base skin, about 90-100k points and plenty of other materials (smashing the pumpkin with candy gives very generous material rewards this time).
Paid tiers
Prices are in yuan, with the matching USD price tier in brackets.
Tier 1: 30 pumpkins (base skin set, 0★)
- Max out the diamond packs every day
- 6-yuan pack ($0.99) for 10 days: 120 slingshots
- 18-yuan pack ($2.99) for 10 days: 240 slingshots
- This time the battle pass is worse value than the 18-yuan pack, so skip it at this tier
That's 570 slingshots. Using slingshots refunds about 20%, so expect around 700 shots.
Total spend: 240 yuan (~$40), about 30 pumpkins killed.
(Luck varies a bit: lucky players may need a few fewer 18-yuan packs, unlucky ones may need one 30-yuan pack on top.)

That's 1158 slingshots, about 1400 shots with the 20% refund.$125)**, about 60 pumpkins killed.
