VIP REQUEST

This letter is published at the request of the player community. The site acts as a platform: we publish the letter as it is, we are not its author and we do not sign it on our own behalf.

Many VIP players feel that the current VIP and top-up rewards are outdated and disappointing. We became VIPs because we enjoy the game and want to support it, but players who spend thousands of dollars should receive useful rewards that reflect that level of support.

Many rewards have already lost their value by the time players reach the required milestone. The gaps between milestones are also too large, and fixed rewards may be useless because players already own those items.

For example, a Tier 2 VIP player may spend around $4,000 and receive only 20,000 diamonds as a one-time reward. Meanwhile, a $17 monthly package provides around 15,000 diamonds. VIP players should receive benefits such as advertising removal at no cost, and other passes should be complementary through their VIP privileges.

What the community asks for

   Create a VIP Choice Store

   Give players special VIP currency or tokens at each milestone and allow them to choose rewards that are useful for their accounts.

   Add exclusive VIP rewards

   Possible rewards could include exclusive heroes, weapons, skins, costumes, gear, avatars, frames, camp decorations, titles, special name designs, and cosmetic items with useful stats.

   Please also update the Solarian skin and avatar so they are not specifically tied to the Scorched Earth Engine.

   Provide ongoing VIP benefits

   VIP status should offer continued value instead of only one-time rewards. Possible benefits include:

   • •Event discounts
   • •Larger discounts on Black Cards
   • •Monthly diamonds or Black Cards
   • •Special VIP packages
   • •The option to exchange diamond rewards for an equivalent value in Black Cards
   • •Useful VIP privileges, such as ad removal

   These benefits would encourage continued spending while making VIP players feel appreciated for supporting the game.

   Reduce milestone gaps

   Divide VIP and top-up milestones into smaller spending increments so players receive rewards more frequently.

   Update outdated rewards

   VIP, top-up, and campaign rewards should be reviewed regularly.

   Players should not receive items they already own or have outgrown.

   Compensate existing VIP players

   Players who already collected outdated VIP or top-up rewards should receive upgraded rewards or retroactive compensation based on their current VIP level.

   Create a catch-up system

   Players who spent heavily before Black Friday 2025 received approximately 10 times less CP for the same amount of money than players receive today. Many longtime VIP players have commented that they still feel bitter about this.

   Developers should offer catch-up support through the VIP Store based on total spending, VIP level, account age, time played, and time away. This would help returning players catch up while recognizing longtime VIPs for their earlier support.

A better VIP system would reward loyal players, encourage continued spending, and improve long-term engagement. This would be a genuine win for both players and developers.
